What do you do when you get burned out?
I want to hear your life hacks.
I try to reflect on is it the situation or just something else bothering me. Why am i burned out? Is it really that bad? What if i just stop what i am doing? I try to do something that takes my mind off it. Sleep on it. Develop a plan to get out of the situation if i determine its toxic long term

Can't help but feel like these two things are part of the same plan even though they were implemented under different administrations. Getting a real sense of fuckery about. Hopefully it's just me being overly paranoid.
