I watched a young family with a small child playing last night at a park. I was sitting there and noticed them. All happy and laughing. Spoke with them. Man asked how was it raising two kids. I said to enjoy every moment and make memories.
Make memoies to me means, trying to be in the moment. Soaking it in. Feeling it. Being mindful.
