Communicating to people that reality always comes back is critical in 2023.

so people with:

mental illness
addictions
tran'g etc

Most of the problem is mental illness but many people find an escape from it via the methods above. But reality always wins. It's tougher than ever with a culture that promotes, and awards weakness and discourages self-sufficiency.
