Reality of San Francisco for Small Biz

Talked to a restaurant owner in San Francisco. At Fisherman's Warf. His family has been in business there for decades. He said business on Saturday (tourist season) is like business on a winter weekday pre-2020. He says the police force should be 800 and its around 300. He thinks crime is why people are not coming as before Biden.
